This is a five star store! I had to return an item that I had online. I am new to shopping online (past six months) and still get uneasy when I have to return something. This store makes it easy to do business with. I returned my item and the store clerk was friendly, thorough and personable. After my return, I wandered around the store, tried on several items and ended up purchasing two more items. This is the second time that this store has outdone itself. You make the customers feel appreciated and you do so in a friendly and professional manner. Thank you for consistently making my experiences wonderful. Also, as I was wandering the store, I overheard one cashier training the other new cashier (you would never know the new cashier was in training - they are that good). THANK YOU JOE FRESH STAFF!!!!

I had a great experience, even though I returned most of the stuff I purchased a few minutes later. The person working was very friendly and helpful. She was very understanding that I made the return in spite of the inconvenience I caused.

The staff here are so sweet! I'm 6 months pregnant and they gave me the proper amount of space. I never feel intimidated by their sales staff they're friendly and the service is excellent. I love my tote bag and I will go here for the entire family again.

The cashier was super friendly and said hello to everyone she could. Great deal on their clearance got so much for a good price. Even though their was only a few staff members they tried their hardest to help their customers and keep the store organized.

I like that Joe always has a subtle animal print. But Joe, common please, you gotta work on yr plus size options. First, you offer a plethora of colours to the skinny girls but then only 2 colours in plus??? Next, not everything on a skinny girl flatters a plus girl;.you gotta translate it to flatter a diff body shape. Think about where seemlines will hit & how that may draw unwanted focus on an area that a big girl may not want to accentuate.

I love Joe Fresh! This particular location seems to always have a sale ☺. Wheelchair accessible. Located on the east side of Granville. North of West Georgia (SkyTrain- Canada Line)

This shop seems to have something for everyone. Love the store design, love the promotional materials design. Love the space. Best part is the prices don't seem to be as expensive as the place looks!

Absolutely love Joe Fresh on Granville St! Their selection of women's clothing is fantastic, offering trendy styles at affordable prices.
